We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all services. In the event of downtime exceeding this guarantee, customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gaming Deluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
