1.        All server's are provided solely for the purpose of hosting the agreed game; they may not be used as a download location, mirror site or anything not directly linked to the running of the intended game use. 2.        The minimum rental period is 1 month. Paypal accounts are billed at the time of ordering but the rental period will only commence on the day your server is activated. Activation of GamingDeluxe servers normally is within 20 minutes, but could take up to seven days at busy times. 

3.        Once payment has been received for a service, the payment is non refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed.

4.        Under no circumstances can the server be named offensively.

5.        Maps/Mods and configs you wish to use can be either FTP'd directly or mailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for there inclusion and use on your server. It is the responsibility of the user to upload/advise Gaming Deluxe of any updates/patches/mods/configs or maps they require for their server. We will help wherever possible to ensure the smooth operation of your server. 

6.        There is a 500mb map space limit on map space for your server, anything over must be previously agreed. This limit is imposed to ensure you maintain good housekeeping on your files.

7.        The Free sub domain comes with a 50mb space limit and is solely for the purpose your clan web site hosting. The site has a download limit of 1gbp/month.

8.        All Servers will use the naming convention “GamingDeluxe CLANNAME” etc unless the de-branding option has been taken; If so, then the GamingDeluxe part of the server name may be omitted.

9.        Under no circumstances can the User change their server slots from what they originally paid for, unless additional payment has been made for the increase in slots.

10.     The User accepts that there are occasionally be problems with computers and telecommunication systems. Consequently the User accepts that there may be periods of downtime, relating to the Services and/or Web Site, in which the User  cannot access these. However Gaming Deluxe will maintain reasonable effort to minimize these periods. The User accepts that in such cases of downtime, they will have no claim of breach of contract. When possible GamingDeluxe will   notify the User of predicted downtime and/or scheduled downtime for upgrades, updates, etc. Please note your account will be credited for all incurred downtime. 

11.     Renewal of your server must be made at the latest 1 day in advance to ensure un-interrupted service.

12.     Failure to conform to these terms and conditions will result in all services being suspended and the forfeiture of outstanding rental payments. Any rental fees paid may be refunded only at our discretion.
